Applications of   ISO2000 stone hammer crusher

 This hammer crusher are developed for both dry and wet crushing of brittle, medium-hard materials for the mining, cement, coal, metallurgy, building material, road and flame proofing industries. It can adjust the space among grates and output granularity according to customers’ needs.

Working principle of  ISO2000 stone hammer crusher :

  This hammer crusher mainly crushes materials by the collisions between the high speed hammer and hammers. When the materials are sent into the entrance of crusher, they are crushed by the high speed hammer from blowing, impacting, cutting. The little size products among the crushing products can be discharged through the sieve. The large size products are brought back to the crushed area by the hammer from blowing and grinding until they reached the required size. At last, they are discharged through sieve. Hammer crusher is divided into two kinds: reversing crusher and non-reversing crusher. The rotor of reserving hammer crusher is reversible and is used in fine crushing. The rotor of non-reserving hammer crusher is non-reversible and is used secondly crushing.
